STV provided complete architectural, interior, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for the construction of a new apartment complex on Bloomsburg University’s upper campus. Named in honor of the university's president emeritus, the $33 million project includes three four-story residence halls, which have the capacity to house 544 students in 136 apartments. Each apartment houses four students in single bedrooms and contains two bathrooms and a kitchen. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. The complex includes a community building with a fitness center, study space and mail room. A shuttle bus stop with shelter is located in front of the community building. The complex opened in August 2009.
