STV/RWA performed value engineering, construction management and trackwork services for the redesign and reconstruction of an intermodal facility on an existing 200-acre yard for the Norfolk Southern Railway Corporation. The facility is used to transfer cargo containers from flatbed truck trailers to rail cars and vice versa.
