STV provided architectural and engineering services under an indefinite delivery contract for the design of new and upgraded test cell facilities at four separate locations. Tasks performed under this contract with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command included the preparation of complete project engineering documentation, plans, specifications, construction cost estimates and operation and maintenance packages.
