STV is providing planning, environmental and engineering analysis to move this project through the FTA New Starts process. Initial work involved advanced planning, selection of a locally preferred alternative and preparation of a New Starts package. In the second phase of work, the firm will prepare an environmental assessment, conduct preliminary engineering and establish a foundation for the project.
