To take advantage of the booming cruise market, the city of Philadelphia dedicated a terminal at the former Philadelphia Naval Ship Yard to passenger ships. STV provided design, development of preliminary and final construction documents and construction support services for this project. The terminal houses passenger services, administrative offices and several dining areas.
