When the Baltimore Greyhound station was forced to relocate, Greyhound and the Maryland Mass Transit Authority retained STV to study a 15-acre site for proposed relocation. The firm prepared conceptual level development plans, including property requirements and cost estimates, and performed a site overview to determine different options for bus access to the location.
