STV served as the owner's representative for all aspects of planning, design and construction—including commissioning—for this $260 million, fast-track campus redevelopment. The firm's services included coordination of all activities during site selection, due diligence investigations, site and utility master planning through facility programming, design and approval. STV's team of owner's representatives oversaw the construction and all construction activities for four buildings totaling 715,000 sf of usable space. The buildings house innovative office areas, a fitness center, a visitor center, a conference and training center, a 300-seat auditorium, a 500-seat cafeteria, a 32,000-sf stand-alone childcare facility and a five-level precast concrete parking structure.
