STV has been providing owner's representative and construction management services to Kutztown University for over 10 years. Upon successful completion of STV's first project at the university, STV remained on campus working alongside the university's staff providing construction management and design for many other projects, including the South Dining Hall, the Student Union, the Academic Forum and most recently Sharadin Art Building. All CM contracts are bid using multi-prime bidding and some projects have been administered using best value procurement.
