STV was the construction manager overseeing the additions and renovations to the Student Union at Kutztown. STV provided both pre-construction and construction-phase services, including managing multi-prime contractors through project closeout. The $3.5 million upgrade to the facility added 21,000 sf of space, including a 250-seat theater, a coffeehouse and an art gallery.
