STV provided construction management services to the New York City School Construction Authority for the $100 million conversion and replacement of boiler systems in 43 public schools throughout the five boroughs. Work was provided on a 24/7 schedule to accommodate ongoing school operations. STV was responsible both for recruiting personnel and for the administration and coordination of all construction services, including estimating proposed work, development of schedules and maintaining a strict budget.
