STV provided security services for this 24-hour, seven-day-a-week Rail Control Center for its city's rapid transit operations. The company performed security assessments and suggested physical as well as passive and electronic security measures. STV contributed other technical elements to the security of the space.

The firm also provided HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural engineering design for the Rail Control Center. The project featured an operating theater with Automatic Train Supervision systems, high security central data processing and communications systems, data input and display workstations, a records storage area and a state-of-the-art wall board displaying train operations.
