STV is performing site planning, engineering and landscape design services for this 41-acre commercial and industrial park on the UMBC campus. Situated in the Baltimore-Washington High-Tech Corridor, the site will include five multi-story office buildings totaling 350,000 sf. The five buildings are expected to house 10 to 15 businesses and 1,200 employees.
