The State of New Jersey is developing a state-of-the-art professional training center to instruct police officers in the latest policies, procedures and technology. In association with another firm, STV is providing planning, programming, architectural and engineering services for the development of an effective facility master plan to serve as the foundation for future planning and design of the training center.
