Baltimore Bus Depot

We are pleased to announce that more than a decade after STV’s planning and design specialists first studied potential locations for a new intermodal bus terminal for Greyhound in Baltimore, the city officially broke ground on a new facility in November.

The $8.4 million, 11,500-square-foot terminal is a key part of the city’s plan to grow Baltimore economically. It will replace a temporary facility that was erected shortly after Greyhound moved its operations from downtown Baltimore to the more industrial area near I-95 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway in 2004. “We’ve been involved with this initiative from the very beginning, conducting an urban planning study to identify a site, and then going on to provide full architectural and engineering design across three phases,” said Tony Corteal, STV senior vice president. “We are also managing a phasing plan that will maintain bus service while this new facility is under construction.”
