Comprehensive Health Insurance

We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription health insurance programs to full-time and eligible part-time employees. Participating employees pay a portion of the total cost for coverage, but STV pays for the majority of health insurance premium costs.

Life Insurance

STV provides group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for all active full-time and eligible part-time employees at no cost to the individual, with supplemental life insurance also available.

Short- and Long-Term Disability Benefit

STV underwrites the cost of short-term and long-term disability benefits for all active full-time employees.

Flexible Benefit Plans for Healthcare, Dependent Care, and Transportation & Parking

To help you pay for out-of-pocket expenses such as healthcare, dependent care, and transportation and parking, STV offers a Flexible Benefit Plan, paid with your own pretax dollars, to full-time and eligible part-time employees.

401(k) Savings Plan

As pre-tax savings, STV’s 401(k) plan is designed to help employees save for retirement while reducing current taxes. With a wide variety of investment options, the plan is available to all employees who wish to participate, with Fidelity Investments serving as the investment manager.

Paid Time Off

In addition to eight paid holidays and a personal day, we offer Paid Time Off to full-time and eligible part time employees to give you flexibility and control in scheduling time off from work. Each individual earns time to cover vacations, illness, emergencies, appointments, inclement weather or other needs.

Employee Assistance Program

Sometimes employees and their families experience life stresses that can be aided by an outside party. To help employees and their families, STV offers an external Employee Assistance Program. With this program, outside professional provide caring, confidential assistance on a variety of life management topics – 24/7. Offered at no cost, services cover clinical counseling, financial, legal, pre-retirement, child care and eldercare matters.

Credit Union Membership

STV is a member of Diamond Credit Union, a full-service financial institution. Services available to employees include investment and money management accounts as well as lending services.
