Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Think of it as more than a retirement plan. As an STV employee, you can be an owner in five years. STV is a privately held company that is 100% owned by its employees who are in the company-sponsored Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Each year, STV contributes an amount equivalent to a percentage of your salary and invests it in STV stock. You contribute nothing. Once eligible, the longer you stay with us, the more stock you own in the company. This means your performance matters. With your ESOP, you reap the rewards of your best effort.
